NEW CLIENT POLICY

New clients must arrive 15 minutes before class begins so that the instructor can introduce the client to the machines and go over the format of class. Any new client that arrives after the start of class will not be permitted to join and will not be issued a refund.

LATE POLICY

Any existing client that arrives 5 minutes after class has started will not be permitted to join and will not be issued a refund.

MINIMUM ATTENDANCE POLICY

Class is subject to cancellation 1 hour before class time if there are fewer than 3 clients signed up.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All classes strictly adhere to a 12 hour cancellation policy.

This applies to all packages including monthly unlimited packages. Monthly unlimited clients will be charged $10 for a late cancel. Clients using packages will have a class deducted from their package. First class and single classes will not be refunded.

All clients will be charged a $20 fee.

No Exceptions.
