Forward is a 45 minute long Pilates-inspired workout located in Old Metairie, Louisiana. This workout effectively combines strength, endurance, cardio, balance, flexibility and core training.

During the workout, you will use upper and lower body muscles to resist or counter-resist the springs built into the machine.
